I don't really trade etf's - I invest in them. If I do trade an etf I trade triple leveraged etf's and I swing trade them, I do not scalp them. I also look at the holdings of the etf's before I buy them. I like ERX, FAS, FAZ, etc. I tend to stay away from powershares etf's.

Any reason(s) why you stay away from Powershares ETFs?

I have found powershares to never make good money for a hold or a trade, they are the best etf's out there. Every single powershare etf has had a negative return since inception, i could be off on one or two but i prefer the 3x leverage for trading and easy energy/commodity for swing trading.
