LOL, You make it difficult for me not to thank you, you crazy Texan
I am only a pretend trader, so no one ever calls me Whereas they are all in awe of you, so they can't bother you, besides I think they are all scared of your guns
No, they didn't call me, but the laugh felt good. And even if they had, I have no interest in that call. The call I am waiting for is from NT at 6:00 A.M. Monday to take control of my computer and delete all those assemblies I can't make go away from hoarding all those subsidies the futures.io (formerly BMT) government is always generously doling out.
If NT can't fix it ... Worst case scenario ... copy all your indicators, strategies and templates to a different directory ... uninstall NT .... download a new copy of NT ... add the indicators, strategies and templates you still need ...
The downside, you will lose the transaction history so NT performance reports won't work, but your broker will still have the information .
I'm just a simple man trading a simple plan.
My daddy always said, "Every day above ground is a good day!"
I was wondering what blind people trade a while ago, but then I heard there is some software that someone was trading that makes chirps when block orders come in. They wait for the chirps to come like pop corn in the microwave and make a trade. I'm pretty sure they made out well. So, I'm not sure if charts are even necessary to make entries in some situations. I'm sure If price or an indicator was made into some sort of sound and you could change the speed or replay it then visual charts may not be needed to make entries. And, I'm sure this already exists because I know if I go blind I'm not going to stop trading!

I think audio can be used extensively to help the visually impaired. Although I'm not visually impaired, see this post on how I use audio extensively in my trading.
I use audio extensively so I don't have to be in front of the monitors and still have a good idea of what the market is doing, and whether I should be interested in coming back to the screen.
- I play a short blip sound whenever a new bar is produced, …
Although I think if one is totally blind, then autotrading would probably be the only viable alternative.
