Anyone else running this combo?

It's runs fine but occasionally I cannot get MC to shutdown properly. I have to restart my PC to kill all Multichart processes in memory.

If you get a copy of "Process Explorer" by SysInternals
(here: Process Explorer )
You will be able to see all the processes that are running for MC. When you shut down MC, there are many things happening that you don't see unless you use Process Explorer. MC is actually backing up all the data you have in your open charts and if you wait long enough you will begin to see all the processes start to shut themselves down and finally close completely. If you don't let it shut itself down like this, it takes much longer to start up next time.

Please note, I no longer use MC and so cannot comment on your specific setup.

After exiting I let those processes run for 30mins but they still did not shutdown and neither did the MC main window, I had to kill task via Task Manager. That doesn't seem normal that even after you exit MC the processes stay in memory till you force kill them.
