Such an indicator would be easy to code, but it is not clear what he wants to do with it. Also there are no references to other websites. People do not make it easy to give a qualified answer, when the questions is not clearly formulated.

If I look at the OP picture, @35trader is looking for the % in price from upper and lower leg that is ticks(points)/price from @Fat Tails chart, all you have to do is add the formula in the drawtext from @dorschden indicator
