I'm looking for some help adding some functionality to a couple of indicators. I'm not good at programming so I was hoping someone could help with this one.

I'd like to have separate plots for evening and day sessions for Fibonnacci Auto Retracements, High and Low for Time Period - Extended, and Daily OHLC.

This would be similar to the separate profiles for evening session as used in Volume by Price.

It sounds like the routines should all be available within existing indicators, it would just need to be added to the indicators dof interest. But, again, I'm not good at programming.

Thanks for any thoughts or suggestions you may have.

Hi,

I am aware that you asked for a programming solution, but I wanted to highlight a possible workaround:
- open a secondary chart of the same instrument, but only plotting the evening session
- plot the indicator on this secondary chart (evening session)
- overlay the plotted indicator on the main chart

Nicolas

Nicolas, I think that's going to do it!

I'm going to play around with it a little more. So far, it is showing what I wanted to see.

I'm stunned. Such a simple workaround.

Thanks!

This study may be what you are looking for. I compiled it using Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Express.

Compiled after a few minor edits preventing compilation - core code untouched.

Does not appear to function as per OP request.
