There are several versions, but here is one. It is not the MultiSlope, but it works the same.
You can put this on your chart for the alerts and hide the MA plots if you are using the
MultiSlope MA on your chart.

I'm looking to use this type indicator/signal using a combination of HMA and SMA and I see this indicator doesn't currently support that. Can it be modified to do so or is there another one like it to do so?
Yes, I'm sure I've seen one. I looked in my files and found this one, but I don't think it has alerts.
If you go to the forum I mentioned previously, someone can probably add alerts for you.
