Anyone ever used one?

You can wiki CES, but the basics is the machines sends very low frequency electric waves
to your brain to help train your brain into a more relaxed state.

It would seem that this could be a help to traders to keep in an optimal state of mind for peak performance. I finally bought an emwave, so I'll test it out a while and see if I notice any difference.

Seems a little scary, but how did it work out?

Hello,

Anyone interested in brain waives will enjoy "The Open Focus Brain" by Dr. Les Fehmi. He is a pioneer in nurofeedback and had developed a set of exercises that will put you in an "alpha" state at will. It is very helpful for trading. The exercises have been around for over 15 years but it is now starting to catch fire.
