Once market realizes we have a political policy problem that is killing US economy through socialistic rhetoric etc.. and the Fed can do nothing to fix it. What is going to happen in the market? It is being propped up by the Fed but in no way reflects any kind of reality. At some point this thing is going to make some violent moves down.
You would think at this point market would see Fed has thrown nearly everything it can at the problem and has not fixed it. Why will QE3 be any different?
