I started my day off with a -1.

I bot again at 937.5, 1 tick off the day's low, and got out at +1 which got me back to even. From there the es ran up +11.75 points while I sat on the sidelines.

I was more worried about getting back to even and I failed to see the bigger picture.

My catch for the day.. -$9.60 in commissions.

i also know such situations - i can kick my ass then ....

BUT :

-> first trading-target reached : you did not loose money (expect of com.)

also this is a good example of how psychology can drive your trading,
although you have a free day + at length time to trade, well defined signals + basicly good technical preparations for your trading.
