You have a stop for 5 cars. In NT how do you split them out i.e. to 3 and 2 at different prices?

As long as you do not want to split them into more than three different slices, this has little to do with NT.

You split them the way you want.

Set up an ATM with 3 targets and 3 stops, then move the lines manually. If you put one on top of the other, they join and are hard to split.

You cannot split the stops through the DOM or chart trader. You must go to the orders tab and manually change the price of one of the stops.

Let's suppose you have placed an order with 2 contracts whose stop loss is set at -10 for both and would like to split them to better manage them. Here is how to proceed:

Make sure the Control Center Orders window displays both the Increase and Decrease columns. If they are not visible, right click on a gray area of the control center, select Grid/Properties and check both the Increase/Decrease parameters to turn them on.

Next, locate your working Stop Loss in the Control Center Orders window and click on either the Decrease(-) or Increase(+) symbol. That's it.

P.S. it is easier to spot your working order if you filter the Control Center Orders window by Active Orders Only. You can set that parameter by right clicking within the Control Center Window.

To split your target if both contracts are at the same level then you right click on the Chart Trader property panel and click on Add Target. If you want to join them as they were before then you click on Remove target.

Your answer was very comprehensive.

Your welcome. In fact, i do not understand why such a simple task is so complex to do. No wonder we need webinars on intuition to guess how this thing is working
