Just wanted to say, if you ever need help from NT, ALWAYS mention you are a member of Big Mikes Forum.
I have been with NT for a while and always got very poor service.
Then one day, I just mentioned I got an indicator from Big Mikes Forum and all of sudden I get a phone call to help me fix the issue very QUICKLY!!!

Next time I needed help, I didn't mention Big Mikes Forum and I got very poor service, went the long weekend without resolving the issue. Was told that person was off for the weekend, blah, blah blah.

This time, had a problem with using Market Replay late Friday night. I haven't used Market Replay because it down loaded so much data, when I tried to open NT up to trade live, it never finished downloading the data.
I sent NT an email late Friday and got a message, their hours start 8AM Monday morning. I think, ok, poor economy they don't have guys working the weekends any more?
Went and did a search and some traders had posted what to do, if you have a problem with Market Replay etc.
Followed their instructions and resolved the issue. THE THING IS, I GOT AN EMAIL 4PM Saturday with someone from NT trying to help me!!!!!!!!!!!! Just mention Big Mikes forum when dealing with NT and you will get better service.

Hmm, is the poor service was just bad luck ?
From what I've heard and saw, the support service was quite good, without having to say you're a NexusFi (formerly BMT) member.

Can't agree more, I've made the best experience wit NT support several times so far without mentioning the NexusFi (formerly BMT) membership...so maybe that was really a bit of bad luck in that case...

Ill back that, I’ve been with Ninja trader for over 4 years now and I’ve never had a problem or complaint regards their support

Very helpful guy`s without the NexusFi (formerly BMT) mention
