i have not journaled in a while and want to find my own journal to continue. is there a shortcut or link somewhere other than having to look for my own journal in history of all journals?

thanks, i found the journal and bookmarked it in IE, thought there was a link available directly somewhere after i log into a forum...if not, i'll just open the bookmark everytime i log in...tihfa
