In TradeStation, let's say I want to find the highest high in the last 10 bars. That's easy enough:
highest(high,10)

But what if I want to find the highest high between 5 bars ago and 10 bars ago? What would that look like?

Maybe find the highest high for the past 5 bars but offset 5 bars, so whatever the equivalent of highest(high,5)[5] would be.
