How to Flatten Everything in EasyLanguage/PowerLanguge

Is there a single command to flatten everything in EasyLanguage/PowerLanguage (similar to Ninja)? What's the best approach to ensure that all existing positions as well as all orders are cancelled (i.e. how to ensure that I'm completely flat).
