What should I have as 'days back' under 'Format Data Series'? I have it at 30 days currently and wanted to know what others are having?

My Default settings are 15 days for minutes charts and 3 days for range and tick charts , the more days you put the more computer resources you will use (RAM),
I hope it helps !

hi,
like soumi says - depending on the chart-timeframe :
15 days for minute charts and max 3 days back for range +tick+ vol charts -
thats also my standard-choice when trading.

if i am not trading but do research, developing + testing - i load much much more of course.
(i have loocked back in ragecharts up to 80 days backfill - without problems)

but before i start live-trading-action then, i reduce all the backfill-days , close ninja + reboot my machine to have a clean + empty RAM for having best performance.

Thank you all. I was just curious to know if indicators would perform better with large numbers of days as against a few days. It seems you'll have no issue and there is no bearing on this.
