I would like to draw a line which could extend (beyond the Current Bar) and until a certain condition(s) exist. How do I go about doing that?

You can use a Ray if it's at a specific angle, otherwise you have to override the Plot method and do it manually (advanced).

I am struggling with how to code this? To keep it simple, as an example, I would like to draw a horizontal line once prices closes above a 14 EMA... and to draw that line at the close of the bar.... and continue the line until price crosses below the 14 EMA... and again draw the line at the close and continue until reverses.

any help you have, or other indicator that has this included, I could open and see,,,, would greatly appreciate, thanks.

Algorithmically, you'd draw a new line on bar update if your boolean "aboveSMA" is true. Update aboveSMA if close is below the SMA. Unfortunately, I don't think you can draw new objects more than 16 bars ago, so you might have to draw dots.
