order management only for retail traders?

This is a question that has puzzled me for some time. Popular platforms among retail traders like Ninja/Sierra/Multichart all offer order management tools such as multiple targets, move stop to breakeven. Strangely they're not found in platforms that more or less geared toward professional traders such as CQG/CTS. Is it because professional trader do not care about order management? Or they have more sophisticated tools that I'm not aware of?
