That would be nice. Andorra is a tax free heaven offering many advantages and a good quality of life (many outdoor activities in a mountains environnement and close to the Costa Brava in Spain. It is also very sunny). Although catalan is the official langage, spanish and french are well spoken by the population due to historical and geographical reasons. It has the highest average life expectancy in the world and the lowest crime rate in Europe. It is also leading in internet technologies and 99% of the territory is covered with 100Mbps symetric fiber optic.
If people want information to try to settle there, I can sure try to help. There are more already established proprietary traders/expats to discover and I'm working on convincing some more However, those seeking the best tax and money conditions need to really hurry up because new laws are emerging. Right now immigration is asking "only" 30 000 EUR to get residency permit but from March (or June at worse) 2012, the bond will be raised to 400 000 EUR (either in property or financial investment). To avoid locking those 400k you will be able to set up a business but thereafter your generated income will be taxed 10% instead of 0% right now... (10% translate into $4 million income before losing money so that will remain a more than viable option)
