I want this strategy to take a trade at the open, based on the open itself.

Example: If open is above a certain number then short the open tick.

Is this possible?

After digging through the help manual I am starting to believe that this is a system limitation of TradeStation.

- For this specific case - it's not possible to execute this on Open Tick
- in order to determine the level (Conditions check)- First Tick (Open Tick) must be printed.
- With IntrabarOrderGeneration(IOG) an order can be sent on Second tick of the bar - if the conditions are met ( the code is still going to be next bar - but with IOG on - this would be sent at the next tick - That is second Tick of the bar - in this case.
