I'm looking for a C# or VB.NET (C# preferred) programmer to create a standalone Windows application that has to do with mic audio and video screen capture.

This has nothing to do with any trading platforms.

Budget is negotiable and to be discussed privately. I am only interested in professional programmers that have a portfolio of jobs they can send me to demonstrate their proficiency -- of particular interest is jobs in the same arena (video/audio capture).
