Feeling good about registering here

I've been browsing this forum on and off for a few months now and as the title says..I'm feeling very good about registering. Even from minimal exposure, I immediately established that this place was different. The follow up email from Big Mike did nothing but further confirm the special magic of this forum. I'm on the same page regarding the values and ethics here so I'm looking forward to getting involved.

About Me:
I'm a beginner trader but I've been dabbling for about 5 years. Unfortunately I've never been properly capitalised (I'm 24) so my trading career never kicked off. I've had previous success day trading a small forex account but that is the extent of my profits.

Despite some success with forex, I've been dedicated on and off to futures, primarily the ES. I've read books, forums, completed courses, paid for and participated in trading rooms, but have never been live - only sim.

Because I live in Australia I'm forced to trade late at night. However I now have my own business so I am flexible with what time I wake up in the morning, thus I am keen to re-commence my learning experience.

My Goal:
I've had the realisation that trying to copy other peoples strategies and following trading room mentors is not the best way to success in this business. I am going to focus on selecting my own tools that suit me, design my own trading plan, and practice the intraday process on my own. I think this will be the best way for me to truly learn.

I've seen all of futurestrader71's webinars on this website and I'll be purchasing the private webinars on his website. His trading mentality really makes sense to me. I essentially plan to adopt some of the fundamentals from him and then create my own trading strategy with my own tools based off that. If anyone has any suggestions for me at this point feel free to deliver.

Anyway, this is very long-winded....I'm looking forward to being a participating member (even though I will probably have more questions than comments for a while).
