Ninja Historical Data Issue Today

Just got this from Ninja when I inquired as to why I'm missing 4 hours of historical data today:


Thank you for clarifying.

Unfortunately there were issues with the historical data server. For some reason, connection could not be established, so no historical data could be loaded.

The historical data server is up and running again. Please perform a disconnect/re-connect of your connection to connect to the historical data server again.

Unfortunately there will be historical data missing between 3:18 AM - 7:16 AM ET. We are looking into if the missing data can be restored during server maintenance next weekend.

We have rerouted our Historical Data Server to a redundant server. Please restart NinjaTrader and re-connect to your account, all missing data should be present upon reloading of data.

If you see any Instruments which have missing data, please send a note to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com so we may look into it further.

I will also be monitoring this thread throughout the day.
