I changed from a CL March contract to the April contract tonight, but the shift has left all 03/13 historical data intact up until the minute I changed. This has created a large gap, and now reference to prior pivots is incorrect. I think that typically takes care of itself during RTH, and may correct itself in the morning, but is there a way to get it corrected manually?

Hi @GaryD, just sjust saw a post on NT forum maybe same thing or not thought would throw it out there.

Hello,

Thank you for your post.

Open the Instrument Manager by clicking Tools > Instrument Manager.
In the Manager, select CL from the list on the right then click Edit to open the Instrument Editor.
In the Editor, navigate to the Misc tab and scroll down to the Contract Months section - select that property then click the '...' button which appears.
In the Contract Months menu, select the 04-13 contract.

Which rollover date is shown here?

if is 2/19/2013 change to 2/16 and then reload a cl chart and see if persists

I had actually been to that very place (Contract Months), but did not know what needed to change. I get it now, and the problem is solved. Thanks.
