I need a Support and Resistance Indicator for Swings

Hey guys I am developing a swing trading system that works pretty well but id also like to add an indicator that adds support and resistance lines to my charts so that I can refer to it within the strategy code and set stops around it. Does anyone have a recommendation for indicators already posted in the elite NT forum to use that works well for days/weeks/monthly swing trading suport/resistence?. Support over the last week to 4 weeks should be ideal.
