thats nearly impossible to say without knowing more about the error.
helpful is always posting the code + the error-message or make a screenshot of the error.
that would be a first step ahead.
Like max said, you need to give us information before someone can help you.
Most likely, you received an error during import. Assuming this is true, it's a conflict with an existing indicator or strategy on your system.
If you are a power user, then simply extract the .zip contents to your Documents/NT/bin/custom/indicator directory, then edit any indicator and press F5 to compile, review the errors at the bottom and fix them.
But if you are not a power user, then you will probably need hand holding every step of the way so it's easiest to just contact NT tech support.
