To bad that was not put out by Apple. Concept is cool but not sure if Apple innovative enough anymore to put out such a device. Flexible display is a Samsung technology so might see something like this minus the hologram via Samsung/Android before Apple.

Most recently, we wrote that Apple is developing a mini-unit in the form of a wristwatch with a display of a flexible glass. Apparently, the iWatch is used Willow Glass from Corning - the latest technology that allows most thin glass bend and shape even as the newspaper.
If Apple plans to release next year, iWatch, the technology Willow Glass should be ready for mass production. Unfortunately, according to recent data, flexible glass from Corning will be brought to final form only after several years.
As the president of Corning, Willow Glass scale production is possible, at least 3 years. Currently, Corning opens in Beijing plant worth $ 800 million for the production of liquid crystal displays based on glass."
