Obviously I don't know all the details. But, if you already accepted the product as correct and complete, then very normal for him to ask for more money. Otherwise, projects become never ending.
Obviously, I understand that. But I never accepted as correct, so yes it has become a never ended story with this guy. I was simply looking for someone who would be willing to help with the code, and use it themselves if they found it to be valuable.
