How to setup to trade currencies on weekends?

Im new to all of this but they say currencies can be traded 7/24. I can already trade during normal us hours but then the chart just stops--that goes for es and all the other instruments I have.

Do I need to request additional access from IB--add more data feeds etx?? setup more instruments in ninja??

Is there any guide that explains all of this??

thanks

The markets are closed over the weekend. You have to trade with yourself.

During summer markets are open from 5:00 AM ICT Monday to 4:15 AM on Saturday morning. If you look for liquidity you can trade the European markets from 1:00 PM ICT to 6:00 PM ICT or you can trade the US markets after 8:30 PM ICT.

If you don't have patience then you should not trade. If you trade with beauties you won't make money but lose it.
