This guy pops up every year or so, then disappears.

Looks like he has changed his name this time - here is a blurb from a Hotcomm webinar registration from 2012:

See this thread copied above. It gives you a little history. As mentioned by someone else, Michael Paul Kanuika keeps popping up under a different name every now and again but doesn't last long and then eventually comes back again etc.

He has been peddling stuff for years. Staying true to form, his website is now down again while he reinvents himself under yet another name no doubt
