I'm looking for a strategy I can download or purchase that will let me program NT to place a stop bracket at a pre-determined time, so that when the clock reaches my designated time it will automatically and simultaneously place a buy and sell stop X number of ticks away from the current price. Does anyone know if there's something like that out there? It would also be handy if I could define ATM targets as well, or choose between stop orders and stop limit orders with a defined limit range to be filled in. But primarily the timed stop would be the key. Or failing that, some way to bind a key or something that would achieve the same effect once I punched it. Anyone familiar with something like that?

Unfortunately, I'm not aware of any existing product that could suit your needs, but NinjaTrader has plenty of Ninjascript Consultants that could probably custom code a strategy or tool like this for you.
Like my colleague said @OptimusJohn said, that is not available with NinjaTrader.
But, if you use Rithmic data feed, you could run the same feed via R-Trader tied to the same and put that order via R-Trader. You can define the stop and target, and the release time down to the millisecond.
R_Trader is an execution platform only and does not offer all the features that NinjaTrader does, but at times could be a good supplement. Again, both Rithmic feeds would be tied to the same account.
