Price band for Price levels

Say I wanted to highlight the 1660-1661 level with a gray or whatever color band. Is there a way in SC to mark several price levels with a horizontal "band"? I call it a band because that's what its called in IRT.

You can use the Extending Rectangle tool.

Tools >> Extendin Rectangle
