The TOS study does not seem to produce the entry signals for the Anti setup.

If you want to reproduce the TOS study with NinjaTrader, you just need to add a Stochastics indicator to your chart, with the settings

periodK = 7
periodD = 12 (the original setting was 10 and later changed to 12)
smooth = 4
