Execute Strategy by Session Template

I was wondering if anyone could share their knowledge about triggering a strategy based on a session template. The session template "1430 to 1558" is set to start at 14:30 and end at 15:58 on weekdays. I would like my strategy to auto-execute only between that time frame. Thanks in advance!
