I can't think of a way to script this in ToS..
the calculation to deduce the buy vs sell volume for each bar is possible to a reasonable accuracy, but putting the two histograms side by side against each bar won't work in ToS.

if my guess is right, this screen comes from someone's wishlist of what should be available in ToS (manually creating this view), not an actual thing. just my take on this,
