Instead of calling it a "Webinar" why not try "Live Recorded Webinar" or "Live and Recorded Webinar" or something along those lines.

...Why not call it 'Live and Recorded Webinar which will be posted in the Webinar Section by tomorrow (please include link to the webinar section here)' ?

In other cases you'll never get rid of these questions...
