I set up a live account earlier this week. I was able to connect to my live account at that time. Since then, I have no had time to view my live account. I just tried now to connect to my live account (late Friday night), and the connection attempt failed. Am I not able to connect on weekends?

Basically you can connect anytime you want to your NT Live account and get all data from your data feed provider even on weekends when the markets are closed.

I use Zen-Fire data feed, and the only time I can't connect is sometimes on Saturdays for an hour or so due to some maintenance they're doing on their servers.

Sounds like a zen fire maintenance shut down. It's usually done Fri. and/or Sat. and should be back up Sun afternoon at the latest.
