HI,
I want to use this indicator: https://nexusfi.com/download/sierra_chart/793-download.html?view
with SC but it doesn't work.
Can someone explain how to use the CPP fills with SC?
Thanks in advance

Hi,

What "does not work"?

Have you compiled it following the instructions given there: Advanced Custom Study/System Interface and Language (ACSIL) - Sierra Chart ?

I know how to compile, but when I put the DLL file in the data folder, the add button is greyed out when I click on the study. Just mentioning it because I think it's gonna mess up people who don't know how to compile.

Hi @vegafoster

I think that you are referring to my study "Economic Events Display" and not to the one referred to by the OP.

As a matter of fact, I have prepared and compiled it with Microsoft Visual Studio Express 2012, but I cannot compile it with g++ provided by SC.

After reading the compilation error message, I wonder if g++ is compatible with C++11 standard.
