I looked for a bit, but couldn't find anything either, probably not enough demand for it. Is there a reason why you don't want to trade options on equity futures?

How big is your account because if is over $125k you should have no problem with portfolio margining. Plus many allow shorting of puts (same risk as covered calls). So I am surprised you can not find any.
