Is there an indicator add-on (I'm not sure what you would call it) where like the range counter or tick counter, would tell you at what price an indicator would reverse?

For example I use the Gaussian filter direction reversal on a unirenko chart for a buy and sell stop and also as a stop loss. Instead of burning my eyes out staring at the screen, this would help immensely and allow me to place the buy and sell stops early

Also, I trade CL and the market can move so fast that I miss many great trades waiting for a visual color change rather than having the buy or sell stop in place.

Try searching for CCI Predictor or Stochastics Predictor. I think it's been done for one of those and maybe you get someone to update the code for your indicator.
