when you open a trade you can place a comment before you send it to the broker. but i'm afraid you can't modify this comment after the trade is closed. you can still do what the good traders do and keep a journal of your trades where you can record whatever info you wish.

if its your EA, get it to log the reason for closing the trade, either to the screen or to a file, then when looking back at closed trades - if no reason posted = manual close
