I am using NT7 on multiple screens with the global crosshair cursor. The problem is that I am constantly losing sight of the actual cursor (ie. position of the mouse). It would be great if I could get a more defined cursor that I was better able to see. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Gregg

This isn't a direct mod of the cursor, but rather adds a wider and shadowed vertical line as part of the crosshair, along with a view up in the toolbar of the current bar open/high/low/close/volume - great little thing created by @devdas. Hopefully it helps you a little. (There's a chart picture in post #16 of the below thread)

EDIT: There's also a small indi around that can draw a horizontal line of your choice (solid, dotted, thickness adjustable, etc) at the current price of the charted instrument - let me know if you're interested in that one too - it can help add clarity to a multi-monitor, multi-chart setup, I have found.

I have the same issue as gmgcough, and have been exploring possible solutions.

This isn't a real fix, but try looking at Hard to find the cursor - NinjaTrader Support Forum from 2007 - not ideal, but a work-around until something better comes along.

It seems to me that something similar to the attached screenprint taken from a training video for another software, applied to a crosshair cursor would be ideal - with user-controlled input to change the size, color and opacity of the color surrounding the crosshair.
