Have twice notified TOS tech support that on my system OnDemand no longer displays studies for a custom tick chart (e.g., 800 or 1000 tick). Their last reply was the problem is "a known issue our developers aware of the issue and it is being investigated." Several updates later (including one today), still no fix.
Anyone else had the same problem and/or received the same response from them?
Can you help answer these questions from other members on NexusFi?
