I apologize if this in in the wrong forum area as I was not sure what area to ask this in ...
Anyway I have been trying to figure out this problem for a few months to no avail. It may just be a server issue or there is some mysterious setting in NinjaTrader I have not found yet to fix this. My problem is when I make the occasional discretionary trade and have a live position open with my FXCM account that at exactly 5:00 PM my ATM stop and target are closed somehow leaving me with just a open position with no stop or target. I have all my charts set to 24/7.
Does anyone know if there's a setting for ATM time to cancel all open targets and stops or can it be FXCM resets there server at that time and making them cancel?

Your orders are likely set to DAY, meaning they are cancelled at end of each session.

Change it to GTC, meaning Good Til Cancelled, and they should remain open past sessions.
