NEW YORK (MarketWatch) -- Specialty storage and organization-system retailer the Container Store Inc.'s newly issued shares TCS +0.66% debuted on the open market riday at $36, double the IPO price of $18 a share. The 62-store chain has posted 13 straight positive comparable-store-sales months and says it has the potential to grow its U.S. footprint to at least 300 locations
