Integrate WPF window onto a Chart

Does anyone know 1) how to put a WPF (dotnet) Window onto a Chart 2) have the WPF code access and update global NT (in memory) variables? OR even better...to have an external WPF Window access and update global NT variables real time. (I know, it is asking TOO MUCH...but hey, I believe in miracles...) :-)
