This topic surely has been covered, but I couldn't find a thread so here goes.

How are you guys staying healthy while trading?

I will be putting in longer and longer hours the
more I get into this profession, yet even now with a moderate trading schedule, I hate to leave
the desk for any period of time fearing missing a trade. So, I'm already quite out of shape. My chair
is killing me, etc.

Any tips?

I have started just standing up in the office and stretching.
Doing some curls, sit ups and the like, but always staying in ear shot of my bar timer.
I may just have to bring my Gazelle machine into the office so I can watch the charts and get some
cardio....

hmmmm.... I think I just answered my own questions.....

I do need a better chair, certainly....

A good chair is a must.

I constantly have to remind myself to have my back against the chair and not be hunched over.

Exactly

I brought in one of my Puritan torture chairs from the dining room so I would HAVE to sit up straight! lol
