As far as I know, this is an issue if you are using IE11.
With IE10, download works fine.

I encountered all attachments having their filename changed, when downloading.
To illustrate, I attached the indicator "SignalBars.zip" to this post,
if I hover my mouse cursor over the attachment, it shows a serialise number name …
