All I want is a script that will display the text bullish(also green background)when ema 3 > sma 10, bearish(red background) when ema 3 < sma 10. I'm terrible with programming and willing to fork out some money to get it done right, paypal only. PM if this is within ur skill level, thanks.

Something like this?:

Code
input price = close;
input fastLength = 3;
input slowLength = 10;
input displace = 0;
input FastAverageType = {default EMA, SMA};
input SlowAverageType = {default SMA, EMA};
input Label = Yes;

plot fastAvg;
switch (FastAverageType) {
case SMA:
    fastAvg = Average(price[-displace], fastLength);
case EMA:
    fastAvg = ExpAverage(price[-displace], fastLength);
}

plot slowAvg;
switch (SlowAverageType) {
case SMA:
    slowAvg = Average(price[-displace], slowLength);
case EMA:
    slowAvg = ExpAverage(price[-displace], slowLength);
}

fastAvg.SetDefaultColor(GetColor(1));
slowAvg.SetDefaultColor(GetColor(0));

AddLabel(Label, if fastAvg > slowAvg[1] then " Bullish " else " Bearish ", if fastAvg > slowAvg[1] then Color.Green else Color.Red);
