This is got to be the most annoying error in NT7 it happens periodically and I haven't bean able to get a fix for it any one here have any corrective steps to fix this or even why it happens? thank you Mike

This fix from NT support dose not work.

if Ninja has issue loading historical data, here is fix

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

If it is not possible to load historical data, please take the following steps:

1.) Restart your PC and NinjaTrader.

2.) Next, remove the connection, repair your database, and recreate the connection:


Please go to the Tools menu--> select Account Connections--> highlight the connection--> click Remove
Then go to the Tools menu--> select Options--> select the Misc tab--> click Repair DB
Restart NinjaTrader
Please go to the Tools menu--> select Account Connections and recreate the account connection.

I would have to guess that is the issue, only because there are only a few people running that config compared to the number running Zen Fire for example. If I am right the issue is with MBT and not NT.

I use Apex Futures, Clearing with AMP.

And just opened the platform and have no data after this morning's cash open.

I did the Repair DB fix and nothing. Going to re start the computer and do the fix again to see if that will fix it.

I will ask MBT, what is strange is that only happens ones an a will.

Any ideas why it don't happened on minute charts and only on range bars?
