I am looking for a broker for trading stocks that:
1. has low fees
2. has a good web based interface (as I must use it behind a firewall) with the possibility to display several charts, move/resize them, draw trendlines... easily
for example, IB's web interface is not good enough for me...

QST has a good web interface. As far as I know it's free. Not sure it does stocks though.

I would suggest you also look at just using a RDP/VNC type connection to a virtual machine/VPS. This way you can virtualize your platform to any web browser on any mobile device and be able to use anything you want.
